COVID-19 Vaccine Information

 We are not administering COVID-19 vaccines at our office at this time. Please contact use the Durham Public Health website linked below for vaccine appointments.

As of October 2022, booster doses and primary series are available for ages 5 years and over. Primary doses are available for children 6 months to less than 5 years. Bivalent booster doses are available for adults 18 years and over. Full eligibility information including dose intervals can been found online at the link below.
